Old test results
The test results you have selected are very old and may not represent the current state of Wine.
Selected Test Results (selected in 'Test Results' table below)
What works
The game installs and runs.
What does not
Cannot use the regular colored cursor, only the black and white one.
What was not tested
Only tested against basic playing of the game as a single player.
Additional Comments
The only thing I had to do was run tp.exe with the "/bwcursor" switch, otherwise the mouse did not work. Also still had to use the native dinput.dll. It works great in Windows XP mode, played for hours and even saving the game works.
You have to follow this procedure to correctly install Theme Park World:
Insert and mount the disc.
Launch winecfg.
Make sure you are in Windows 2000 mode.
Make sure the D: drive points to the folder where the Theme Park World CD is mounted.
Install the game. DO NOT LAUNCH IT WHEN INSTALL IS FINISHED.
Patch the game to version 2.0 (only if wanted).
Make sure the following file does exist: ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/drivers/secdrv.sys If not, copy the secdrv.sys file from your Theme Park World installation folder to ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/drivers/
