Follow this link to install directx 9 with wine.

After that, game movies are able to be played. mouse is okay.

ED6 1.0.3.4 with noDVD patch

Note: The guide containing microsoft proprietary Dll files, make sure you own a copy of windows. Also, the guide will use those dlls instead of wine builtin libraries, make sure you backup your $HOME/.wine folder if you want to recover later.
