HTML-Kit
is a full-featured text editor designed to help HTML, XML and script authors to edit, format, lookup help, validate, preview and publish web pages. Newcomers to HTML coding can benefit from letting it point out errors and suggest improvements. Experts can save time spent on common tasks using the customizable and extendible editor while maintaining full control over the code.
Old test results
The test results you have selected are very old and may not represent the current state of Wine.
Selected Test Results (selected in 'Test Results' table below)
What works
Installation and uninstallation.
Splash screen, creating new files, saving files, find and replace, split view, the save prompt when closing the program with unsaved files, and some other random functions.
What does not
Buttons in the toolbar are all black when usable, and invisible when they can't be used.
The tab bar where you can switch modes doesn't show all the buttons at once; instead, it has left and right arrows for scrolling. This can be (basically) corrected by increasing Wine's DPI setting to 120.
The preview function doesn't work, even with Wine-Gecko installed.
Trying to save preferences results in an access violation, and the program becomes unresponsive.
Creating a file in visual mode doesn't work.
What was not tested
A lot of the options that go beyond simple text editing, notably plug-ins.
