JLMC is distributed as an MSI, which installs without a problem using wine's msiexec.

Gold because I had to change Audio->Hardware Emulation in winecfg to Emulation instead of Full.

Sound working under Ubuntu 10.10

I had to rebuild the kernel with OSS support. This has been depreciated in the kernel, so who know how long it will be in there. The .config file has:

CONFIG_SND_OSSEMUL=y
CONFIG_SND_MIXER_OSS=m
CONFIG_SND_PCM_OSS=m
CONFIG_SND_PCM_OSS_PLUGINS=y
CONFIG_SND_SEQUENCER_OSS=y
CONFIG_SOUND_OSS=m

Wine was set to use ALSA. Now its using OSS. Much better. Other apps such as unix_cw work again now too. Their breaking was what lead me to this program in the first place! With OSS support going away, I hope that Wine adds pulseaudio support soon.
