Tested single player game through to successful finish. Rate it silver.
What does not
Sound causes errors, but not required for game play. Use Options menu in game to turn off.
MPEG video does not display (MCI error). Not required. Causes no problems in game.
At end of turn, window is left minimized. Must double click icon to maximize again.
Save As does not prompt for filename, instead always saves as cog.exe.
Is missing 2 DLL's that are required. Download VCREDIST.EXE from MicroSoft site to install them. These are redistributable files.
