Additional Comments

Tested on hp dv5 1140ep with ATI HD 3450.

First time, change the graphical definitions to low, use emulation in the wine software, win xp, virtual screen 800x600

To have sound working: In the sound options of the wine configuration, you choose all sound controllers and in the direct sound option you choose emulation, after that, the game have all sound normally.

SNIPER SCOPE FIXED
by HoNgO on Sunday March 29th 2009, 15:50
To View the Sniper scope ok you will have to change DephaultDepth to 16 in /etc/X11/xorg.con in Section "Screen". like this... (of course as root and then restart your X)

Section "Screen"
Identifier "Screen0"
Device "Device0"
Monitor "Monitor0"
DefaultDepth 16
SubSection "Display"
Depth 24
EndSubSection
EndSection

(this also fixes some slow motion gameplay in Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge)
