What works
Single player, gameplay works without problems.
Movies also work without any problem.
What does not
1.a) With the "-hires" parameter (wine carm95.exe -hires)
After finishing a game, top and bottom of screen flickers and keeps showing remains of the ingame last screen.
1.b) Without the "-hires" parameter (wine carm95.exe)
Menu always seems to flicker, all rest of game works.
2) No cd music ingame

Tested with and without the "-hires" parameter. With the "-hires" parameter game seems to run much smoother.
