Game crashes if game engine wants to play some movie => page fault on read access to 0x0 in 32 Bit code. Unfortunately it is not possible to disable playing movies so Silent Hill 4 remains unplayable.

SH4 Game crashes and mouse issue

I've tested SH4 on my macbook 5.1 with Lion 10.7.4. The Game installs correctly - Game crashes at the first part when the zombie appears from the wall, I tried different engines 1.1.x since the most old to the last one 1.5.x
Conclusions:
- The game is unplayable always crashes in the same part
- There is a serious mouse issue in older engines, minor mouse delay in newer engines
- You can't switch resolution to 1024 x 768 due to mouse issue
