This version adds a simulation mode to help to learn how a GPS works.

What works
Navigation uses a network installation. It works well.
The update application works partially. It is possible to download some data.
What does not
The graphical part of the update application doesn't work. It seems some DB functions are missing or don't work properlly.
The main application doesn't start because it needs the gdi32:WidenPath function. Adding a partial WidenPath function to test if the program goes further, it failed again on an other DIB error.
What was not tested
The main functionnalities of the application was not testing since I was not able to launch it (sse "What does not work).
