I made new test with Wine 1.2 - All bugs disappeared with newer version.
I get 40-60 fps on the highest settings and anti aliasing.
My Hardware:
- Intel Celeron 2.2GHz dual-core
- 1GB RAM
- GeForce 9600GR
My Software:
- Wine 1.2
- Ubuntu 10.04 32bit
- nvidia driver 195.36.24
- DirectX 9c installed by winetricks
- OSSv4
How to improve performance?
- Disable hardware 3D sound mixing in "flatout2.exe -settings"
- All registry tweaks are avaliable here: http://wiki.winehq.org/UsefulRegistryKeys
(some games prefer diffrent settings - it'd be better to use own script which changes the registry for a while)

Please submit your test data. I will approve it ASAP. It looks like maybe the latest wine helps a lot, which I have been unable to test as there is no .deb available.
