What works
Almost everything, some problems are listed in “What does not work” section. My opinion is, that the application can be used for normal work.


What does not

  • At startup, there is message
    "Support for "JScript" active scripting not found! Install WSH with requested language support."
    This is causing, that scripts are not working.
    This can be solved by installing WSH (see HOWTO)
  • html view is working, but wine is not acctepting the address in “file://localhost” format (12481)
  • spellchecking is slowing down scrolling
  • clipboard monitor is not working (12583)


What was not tested
I tryed to test many functions, but surely many others remain untested.

HOWTO

Instalation of WSH (needed to run scripts).

Run following commands:

wget http://www.kegel.com/wine/winetricks
sh winetricks vcrun6 wsh56

PSPad can not create file

When I save a new file in PSpad(4.5.3) at wine(0.9.5x, Now is 0.9.56), PSPad will crash.

The message:
