What works

The game does install, though the installer has to be manually killed at the end.The game seems to run fine in a virtual desktop. I had no problem saving or opening files.

What does not

Turning on sound crashes the game (bug 5349). In windowed mode, the game freezes at the splash screen.

What was not tested
Playing for more than a few minutes.

WARNING: NO SOUND!

At present, do NOT attempt to play SimTower with sound support enabled.

It will crash or hang infinitely, depending on your Windows version setting. In either case, it's not playable.

Disable sound, either by editing SIMTOWER.INI or disabling your sound device in winecfg's audio tab.

This is true as of 1.1.13 and today's latest git (1-23-09).
