Audible Download Manager allows you to download audio files directly from Audible.com into iTunes without using AudibleManager.

With this program, it is possible to download Audible.com's protected audiobooks. You can move the .aa file to an MP3 player that supports Audible.
Normally, the program automatically launches when downloading from Auible.com and transfers the file to a media player. It does not automatically do this when running under wine (but if you were clever, you could probably configure it to work automatically).
