In your ~/.wine/config file, make sure you set "UseDGA" to "Y" otherwise the game will run very slowly.

I have successfully installed Fallout Tactics from mounted ISO files on my Ubuntu laptop. It was full install. When I'm trying to play, it asks me to insert Fallot CD and I click Ok button, but it always says "Incorrect disk".
