Videos. The game will not start if videos directory is not renamed.
A few minor graphics bugs (light blue areas instead of textures) - see screenshots. I saw them only during the first minute gameplay at the Chimera orbital station.
Some special effects (eg bloom) are not selectable in the game options menu but you can turn them on manually in Scrap.cfg configure file.
