Additional Comments

After full installation  of the game a I had to replace the original 'Overlord.exe' file with a NoCD patched one.

The game runs nice in windowed an fullscreen mode @ medium details (1440x900).

GPU: ATI Radeon HD3850

HOWTO [Unconfirmed]

Thanks to IConrad:

"The only steps I took were to extract the game files from the CD to a folder on my desktop and execute from there -- I also replaced the executable with a noCD crack.  Aside from that, it's just plug'n'play."
