Problem is with bcrypt.dll
by Chris Teague on Saturday June 5th 2010, 0:33
The problem is that Keepass uses bcrypt.dll if it is available, which is an API that was new in Vista and is unimplemented in Wine. If bcrypt.dll is not available (as in WinXP) then KeePass does not require it, and works fine.
To fix this app simply go into to Wine Configuration, and in the Libraries tab disable bcrypt.dll
