What works

The Urban Renewal kit tile editor/city editor app starts up with only minor window-placement bugs.

The tile editing in the Urban Renewal Kit works properly


What does not

The main game crashes on startup (this worked at one point)

City editing with the Urban Renewal Kit has colourmap issues and the palette for selecting buildings is unable to select any but the left-most choice.


What was not tested

Saving and loading files.

Printing.
