Tsukihime

Very popular doujin visual novel by Type-Moon. It does contain some scenes of adult material. Decent art and music along with a great story made this game really stand out among Doujin visual novels. Originally released in December of 2000, it's seen both anime and manga adaptations, as well as a sequel. An updated remake is expected in 2009.
