Armor Command

Armor Command was one of the very first fully 3D RTS games. There are 2 sides to choose from, either Humans or the alien Vrass Empire. The gameplay is similar to other RTS games from the late 90's, you gather resources to buy more units until you have enough to beat the enemy. This was also one of the earlier games featuring the waypoint / command queue system.
