BitVise Tunnelier

BitVise Tunnelier is a program used to make using your ssh tunnel easier. Instead of having to manually send commands through ssh, it does all the work for you. All you have to do is configure your favorite web browser's proxy settings. It also has sftp/scp and terminal emulation.
