Tower (ATC - Air Traffic Control)
One of the first and best air traffic controller simulations available, Tower is an outstanding Windows 3.1 update of the venerable sim ATC (also: Tracon 2). The air traffic controller simulator features lots of options including weather, adjustable difficulty level, and excellent help thanks to Windows and winehlp.
The game feature 3D-Objects and voice output. 3 airfields are available, a rather small field, a mid-size airport and Chicago O'Hare, worlds biggest airport.
