Morrowind Graphics Extender

This is a utility which hooks into the Direct3D calls generated by Morrowind and does additional processing to the scene. Renders distant land mass and extends the clipping plane, does post-processing using HDR, Bloom, or other pixel shaders. Makes the graphics 10x better judging by screenshots (haven't seen it in successful action yet).
