XMediusFax client

This is a client application, written for Windows, to use the FoIP (fax over IP) server XMediusFax.  Certain other companies, such as www.onesuite.com, provide services based on this server platform and distribute rebranded versions of the client software.  The client in this case was distributed as osFaxSetup.exe and installs itself as OneSuite Fax or OSFX.
