Exact Compact for Windows is a 'boekhoud programma', a financing program for the Dutch market. It's one of the biggest software companies in the Netherlands on the financial market, and known for their vendor lock-in and VERY expencive support. This particular version is NOT supported for windows 7, and, indeed doesn't work at all under Windows 7 unless you purchase an other expensive upgrade.
