LogMeIn Rescue is a remote support system allowing a technician to connect to unlimited Windows and Mac computers with the user's permission. It has two parts:
The Technician Console (this application) which a support technician uses to connect to clients' computers & manage support sessions.
The Customer Applet which the client downloads and runs to enable remote control of their desktop from the Technician Console. This portion is not covered by this entry and has not been tested with WINE.
