fre:ac

fre:ac is an audio encoder and converter for Windows. It encodes to and from MP3, MP4/M4A, WMA, Ogg Vorbis, FLAC, AAC (FAAC encoder), WAV and Bonk formats. Utilizes the LAME mp3 encoder and all encoders are customizable. CD lookup utilizes the Gracenote database.

fre:ac is a feature-rich application that is easy to use even for the casual user.
