Kayako Desktop is an application that hooks into a Kayako Fusion and Kayako Engage online support system products to allow staff to live chat with support system users.
Kayako Desktop will not work without a few winetricks packages installed and, likely must be run in 32-bit architecture mode.
Required winetricks packages are "IE8", "gdiplus", and "vcrun2008". (There may have been others, but I think that's it.) From a command line, prefix all your wine commands like this:
$ WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine32/ [[[command goes here]]]
In this case, I have chosen ~/.wine32/ as my 32-bit wine prefix directory.
