Upstart
The program used to program UPB (Universal Power Bus) devices for Home Automation.
This program has an editor that allows you to create/modify a definition file for the UPB network of a house.
It allows you to program the individual UPB devices (Lights, dimmers, switches) and to perform testing and diagnosis via a serial device called a PIM. There is also a network interrogation mode that allows you to construct a file from an existing UPB installation.
I believe this to be the only program that can program UPB devices in Pulse Mode.
There are a few versions out there badged for different home automation suppliers.
