Alea Jacta Est

A turn based strategy game focusing on the civil wars of the roman empire. It uses the long-developed AGE engine as most AGEOD games do and the familiar "everyone-goes-at-once" at the end of the turn. Compared to other games from AGEOD, this one has somewhat simpler mechanics, representing the limitations of the warfare of the period quite well; there are also a wealth of "strategic decisions" possible which add several layers of depth to the gameplay.
