This utility is designed to allow a pre-configured user account to bypass all parental controls configured in the router from the openDNS site http://netgear.opendns.com. This is accessed automatically when the user clicks on the Live Parental Controls option within the router configuration web page.
The user installs the utility and logs in with their pre-defined account. Whilst logged into this utility, the user can browse the internet free of any restrictions that would otherwise be imposed by Live Parental Controls.
It relies on .NET Framework 2.0 which it tries to install automatically during setup.
