This application is no longer developed by Apple. It only exists for the Mac OS X now.
The Apple iPhone Configuration Utility lets you easily design and create, maintain, encrypt, and manage configuration profiles on iOS devices. It also permits you to track and install provisioning profiles and authorized applications, and can capture device information (including console logs and debug data).
Note that there is no longer any new updates to the iPhone Configuration Utility; Apple has provided the iPhone Configuration Utility to only be available to MacOS now.
