This app is a server for the Spotimote app for your android device. It allows you to control Spotify on your PC from your android device.
Simply, install Spotify and the Spotimote server app on your Windows PC (Linux with Wine doesn't work), grab the PC IP, install the Spotimote client on your android device and connect the Spotimote client to the Spotimote server. And then you can control Spotify on your PC from your android device.
