A simple, light weight, and very fast PDF viewer for Windows. SumatraPDF has SyncTex support and is bundled with RStudio.
It can open ePub, Mobi, XPS, DjVu, CHM, CBZ and CBR and has a portable version (runs without install).
The software is licensed under GPLv3 with some code licensed under BSD.
