A very common multimedia encyclopedia launched during the the first half of 1990's, when the first home PC with dedicated audio and video hardware was hitting to the market.
In this particular case, a geographic encyclopedia "World Vista" was bundled for sale for a particular multimedia device called "Tandy Video Information System" or "Memorex MD 2500" which is in reality a embedded Windows PC designed to work with an old analogical television running a fixed partition on system's ROM a copy of Microsoft Windows 3.0 reduced to the bare minimum necessary to run multimedia applications and simple games.
The encyclopedia itself is not so advanced compared to the Microsoft Encarta, and also the low resolution graphics and text and reduces the value of this program.
