SEGA's Riichi (Japanese) Mahjong client derived from their arcade cabinets. The client itself is free, but some features are paid. In the free mode you can play a tonpuusen (East only) or a sanma (3-player) game. Also you can play mahjong against CPU, and you can create you own room. Other types of games need payment.
