This is an instant messaging application based on a client/server architecture, a client part of Bopup IM platform. Bopup Messenger requires Bopup Communication Server that is a server application for Windows PC and which must be running on a remote host. This instant messenger offers secure text messaging and file transfer functions. IM is strongly encrypted so this software application can be used for safely exchange with instant messages and documents via local networks and Internet.
Bopup Messenger is intended for use in a business/corporate environment because it's settings and user's permissions to see others can be managed and controlled from the server-side application. IM server also archives all messaging history and conversations, enables offline messaging and file transfer, organizes and assigns user groups for broadcast messaging.
