Escape from Tarkov is a hardcore multiplayer survival first person shooter/role playing game.
The game is set in the alternative future Russia, in the fictional Tarkov city of the Norvinsk region, which is ruined after military conflicts between two private military companies, BEAR and USEC.
The player takes role of ex-privite military member of either group, trying to fight for survival and uncover bits of mystery of what happened in Tarkov and eventually escaping the city, using variety of guns, extensive weapon modification and tactics to survive.
