Sailaway is one of the few sailing simulators (only one I know of) that captures the art of sailing. The developers are active in the community and have maintained a steady release cycle, with each release bringing improvements in the in-game community/ multiplayer as well as big improvements to the game engine. Anyone who sails will likely enjoy this game - it provides the level of detail to a sailor that a simulator like X-Plane 11 does to a pilot.
