It allows to build IVR call flows to be used with Cisco Voice Portal. Using speech and dial-tones recognition by playing back pre-recorded and generated text-to-speech, one can provide self service options to a caller.
This products builds the structure of the call flow in a flow chart diagram and generates the application to be loaded in the Cisco Voice Portal to handle the calls according to such diagram.
This software is built on top of the Eclipse IDE infrastructure, but includes some 32-bit DLLs that prevents it from running on a platform other than win32.
