According to the developer its used by lots of big companies (see their website) and supposedly 5 million people.
Most importantly though the software is often given to students in the UK with dyslexia by the government via DSA (disabled students allowance).
has a free trial for 30 days if you want to help bug fixing but don't want to cough up (which is perfectly reasonable)
