1997 street racing video game by Accolade and Pitbull Syndicate, part of the Test Drive series.
This game features real life 14 sport cars and 12 tracks (6 at night) and a handful of different competitions and well as the practice and drag racing modes. It allows single player mode as well as multiplayer through LAN or over the web with a compatible network card. Some versions also feature a dual-player mode for local competition.
It's possible to specifically configure keyboard, gamepad, joystick or a steering wheel to control the car and turn on or off street traffic, timer and switch between MPH (miles per hour) or KPH (kilometers) for speed measure. When traffic is on, it also features police cars which slow down the racer when they reach it.
Test Drive 4 is non-free, available only through retail CD-ROM or an old games website.
