40tude Dialog is a very complete newsreader, with options that aren't in other Windows or Linux newsreaders (for example, very powerful scoring, scripting or selective quoting). It's development is frozen as of 2.0.15.1 (beta 38) but nevertheless it is already a great newsreader and there is even no need to further improve it.
