Micrografx Picture Publisher 5 is a graphics program made in 1995 for Win3.11.
When installing it in WINE 6.3, the installer complains about 2 missing directories (which it apparently failed to create). After adding them manually to the install dir (which by defaults is in the root directory of C: instead of "program files"), the installer finishes correctly. But starting the program immediately crashes. (I tried Win3.11 and Win98 mode which matches the age of the software.)
My copy of Picture Publisher 5 came with the install CD "980408_P300EU" of the Color Flatbed Scanner "Plustek OpticPro 6000P", which also contains Picture Publisher 7.
