The graphics program Micrografx Picture Publisher 7 is the predecessor of version 8 (see there). Both are very similar and in WINE have the same bugs. The only difference I noticed is that I did not need to disable DirectDraw mode to make drawing work.
My copy of Picture Publisher 7 came with the install CD "980408_P300EU" of the Color Flatbed Scanner "Plustek OpticPro 6000P", which also contains Picture Publisher 5.
