This Windows program calculates inductance and Q for solenoids of bare, magnet, or Litz wire.
It models polygons, leads, wire alloy, and form dielectric arranged
several ways. An optimizer maximizes coil Q. The RLC model provides
results for wideband circuit or antenna analysis. The documentation
compares calculated values with hundreds of HP 4342A Q meter
measurements.
