This application rips subtitles of .vob-files (DVD).
It shows you the subtitle bitmap and asks you to tell it what character is displayed. After having thought the program some characters it starts ripping all the subtitles of the .vob-file(s) and allows you to save it as a .sub or .srt file.
Later you can use this (text-)file to dynamically display subtitles in your avi-movie.
Also you can change and modify timing settings.
