Open-Source RAD IDE for component-based software development. Also it is a framework (collection of modules) written in the programming language Component Pascal.
Originally framework was developed by Oberon microsystems AG. In 2013 they published 1.6 release under the BSD 2-clause license and suggested the community of users to continue it's support and development.
