The latest, and last, installment of the famed Panzer General series takes place on the Eastern Front in a series of battles from Poland to Moscow and back to Berlin. You play as either the Germans or the Soviets, and the game features a branching mission set based on the different thrusts and parries that took place during the war. Based on the same engine as Panzer General 3D Assault, Scorched Earth uses the newer 3D graphics engine and leader/promotion system.
