Cisco CallManager Attendant Console

Attendant Console allows a group of operators to log in to a hunt group and receive calls to a single phone number. The client software runs on Java and uses the JTAPI interface (Java telephony API) to talk to CallManager. The software provides call control for the user's telephone.
